Five habits worth having
None of this is about being afraid. It's about staying in control.
Keep it on the platform at first
Stay in our messaging while you work out who someone is. Be wary of anyone pushing hard to move to another app early, or asking for intimate photos. That push is the tell.
Meet somewhere busy
A coffee shop, a bar, a park with people in it. Tell a friend where you're going and roughly when you'll be back. Arrange your own way there and your own way home.

Is everyone on Lesbian Flings ID verified?
No, and we won't claim otherwise. ID verification is free and open to every member, and those who complete it carry a visible badge. Every profile is checked in other ways regardless: email confirmation, photo authentication and behaviour analysis. Look for the badge when it matters to you.
What is the ODDA?
The Online Dating and Discovery Association, the trade body for the online dating and social discovery sector, running since 2014. It sets standards on user safety, data privacy and consumer protection. Members commit to those standards and to being transparent with users about them. We are a member. Most dating apps are not.
Are my messages private?
Your messages are yours. Content is screened by automated systems for harmful material and illegal content, which is how proactive moderation works on any responsible platform, but your conversations are not browsed for entertainment and your real name and email are never shown to other members.
What happens when I report someone?
It goes to a human moderator, any hour of the day. They review the account and the history, and act. You are not told to wait for business hours, and you do not have to keep talking to the person while it is looked at. Block them as well and they lose all contact immediately.
Can people find out where I live?
No. The site shows your nearest town or city and nothing more precise. There is no live location, no map pin, no address. Your username is not your real name and your email is never visible.
Do you use AI images for member profiles?
Never. Member photos are real member photos. Some illustrative photography elsewhere on this site may be AI generated to protect member privacy, and that is disclosed in our footer. If you want certainty about a person, look for the ID-verified badge.
