How do I know a profile is real?
Verification is free and puts a badge on a member's profile. If there is no badge, that member has not verified yet.
Members also rate each other, so a rating gives you a second signal before you message.
Do I have to send documents to prove who I am?
No. A member of our team can approve your profile without you sending sensitive documents, and there is also a live video check with a moderator, which asks for none either.
